Off to Chicago for the opera and a costume exhibit. Best get some use out of Amtrak while it's still around.

Train ride, opera, costume collection, Chicago....sounds delish!
Until the trip back, when the train ahead of us hit a car that was crossing the tracks. I arrived home an hour late.
@Shay, at least you arrived home reasonably safe, glad to hear that. Time for tea (or something more brisk), chocolate, blankie and furry cuddles.
