This is the puppy crate. You will note that it is empty.
This is the people bed. You will note that it is full (one very large human, one full-grown German Shepherd, one German Shepherd puppy, and an orange-sherbet colored stuffed pig that keeps the puppy from chewing on the bedspread).
In fact it is so full that there is no room for a second human, is there?
awww that's so cute!
ReplyDeleteYou need a pneumatic jack to lift one side of the bed to dump out the occupants. That will give you some room.
ReplyDeleteLOL! That's so cute. We finally gave up & got a Cal King to make sure there was room for us amongst the animals.
ReplyDeleteThe spousal unit feels that I should, in all fairness, admit that it has been so hot and muggy here for the past three nights that I've been sleeping on the daybed in the basement, anyway.
ReplyDelete(we have a perfectly functional air conditioner; it's our ductwork that's iffy. The bathroom stays wonderfully cool but no other room in the house does, so we don't bother to turn the AC on, and live in the basement during the summer. This is not as shabby as it sounds; the spousal unit finished the basement several years ago when I was in the Middle East, and it's quite nice).
Cuuuuuuute!
ReplyDeleteOkay, one of these days I'll post the picture of the double bed containing 1 105-pound golden retriever, 1 90-pound GSD, 1 75-pound GSD, and 1 150-pound human being.
My basement is much cooler than the rest of the house, too, but it's no place you'd want to spend the summer. Good for your spousal unit!
