I Expected Better of Hewlett Packard

The new PC we purchased one month and three days ago refuses to start four tries out of five. It's headed back to the shop tomorrow.

  3. I'm sorry, but I really wish you would have asked before buying. :) That said, it seems that no matter what brand one purchases, there are always problems. None of them are worth the money they cost.

    Hint: Always spend the few extra dollars for the longest warranty available with in-home repair service.

  4. Macs don't behave this badly. Dells are slightly better, HP is best only as a printer.
