I'm sorry, but I really wish you would have asked before buying. :) That said, it seems that no matter what brand one purchases, there are always problems. None of them are worth the money they cost.
Hint: Always spend the few extra dollars for the longest warranty available with in-home repair service.

Macs don't behave this badly. Dells are slightly better, HP is best only as a printer.
