A collection of two dozen more vintage potholder patterns. I wonder if anyone has ever calculated how many crocheted potholders were produced between 1925 and, say 1987?
No, I weave 'em on one of those silly potholder looms that I've had forever.
I don't know how to crochet but would love to learn...these and the ones in the other potholder books on the Purple Kitty site are so funny and inventive. Have you made any of them?
I knit my dishcloths...I hope that counts for something?
If you want the number of crocheted potholders estimated, these might be the guys to do it (after all, they've calculated that Kansas is indeed flatter than a pancake): http://www.improbable.com/
You don't crotchet your pot holders, still? I make them for me and my mom!
