Agreed from north of the 49th parallel. I'm surprised it's a Parrish illustration. I'd thought it was one of the early 1900s women illustrators. And I love those newspaper hats. Anyone seen one lately?

I don't think I've ever seen a newspaper hat outside the movies, and I was born in 1955.
