Good for you! Very sensible to take just the basics and save the luggage allowance for important things like shawl pins, Celtic jewellery, good buttons, and yarn. Might even be room left for a shillelagh or dagger for the other half. I hope you have a wonderful time and that the weather is decent!
Have a fabulous time on your trip to Ireland!!!
ReplyDeleteHow? How did you do this? And where is the suitcase for the yarn??????
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Ireland. It is as green as they say and as friendly as promised.
The empty bag to be filled with yarn is inside the blue carryon.
ReplyDeleteYou can take the girl out of the Marine Corps ...

I wish I could do that but I wasn't trained by the Marine Corp. Have a great trip!
ReplyDeleteI vote that Shay has to post how she packed that bag. And that shillelagh or hurling stick best be in the checked bag...
ReplyDeleteYes, please. Show us how you did it! And have a wonderful, wonderful trip. We'll miss you.
