I just tried this tonight with a small yuzu. I'm not sure if it'll work well as the yuzu is very thin-skinned, but the smell on my hands was amazing afterwards! It's funny, I've always wanted to try this but forgot all about it until I read your blog entry. Thanks for that!
It does seem to be working for now. It's quite small, the yuzu. I'm turning it every day or so. I didn't use the cinnamon as I'm not a huge fan of it. I don't know how long the yuzu will last, but hopefully, it will smell nice into the spring.
Lots of fun to make. Smell nice in the hall closet.

ReplyDeleteIf the yuzu doesn't work out, maybe a lemon?
