We get grackles and starlings, ugh. I think the most cardinals I've seen at our feeders at once has been, like Sam, three. Usually a couple of males and a female, in which case I wonder if we are serving as the avian equivalent of Ye Olde Malt Shoppe.
O M G I have never seen more than 3 cardinals in my yard...
