So, I spent today at the county EMA office. I will be there tomorrow and Saturday.
(We're supposed to get four more inches this weekend).
Aftermath of Elsa or the system behind her? We have had hot, humid & rain all week in CT. Got a month's worth of rain already and now Elsa is pouring down. 2-4" of more rain today...yeah, there's no climate change going on....
