Yeah, the other day I was on the floor, lying on my back, trying to screw in a magnet to close the wardrobe door. ALL I DID was turn my head slightly to the left and, BAM, I'm nauseated and the room is spinning. Yours sounds much worse. Hope it settles down quickly.
