From Beyer's Handwerkboeken Serie H No. 40, Frivolite, an airy medallion that would work as a Christmas ornament (stiffly starched). No date given, but probably late teens/early 20's.
The book is in Dutch but if you tat, you should be able to work out the pattern (central and second row of rings are 8-8, large rings in the third row are 6-3-3-3-3-3-3-6). From the Antique Pattern Library - scroll down.
Would make a lovely snowflake addition to my tree, once I finish cross stitching stocking #66 for my SIL.
