This is our last week reading at District 87. Baldur got a chew toy made by the junior high student council, and I got a very nice letter from one of the fifth graders, telling me how much they enjoyed talking with me, and how sweet Baldur was, then adding "...and you get me out of math class."
laughing - i used to teach remedial math, but i'm pretty sure i would have skipped math to snuggle with Baldur. the college brings in dogs for finals week (dogs trained etc) and the big kids like that, too.
