I'd guess 1955 or so for this menu. The prices - by today's standards - are incredible, but a man could support a wife and two kids on $5,000 a year back then.
Well...the price of coffee went up to ten cents around 1950, and Bell Telephone started implementing standard three digit telephone exchanges after 1955...so I think you're pretty darn close.
I've never seen salmon and cheese sandwich on a menu, or celery soup (which I love) on a menu before. Salmon and cheese?
