Caturday!


There is no money in my program's budget for overtime, but guess who spent six hours at work today.

As the Emergency Manager for the university said, unless we're over-reacting the public thinks we're not doing anything.

    Read the comments about unpaid volunteers in other services, too.
    There's something very wrong when vital services are being underfunded all over the globe.


    Can you wangle time off in lieu of overtime? Better than nothing.

  2. the problem with taking time off is that all of the stuff that I'm not doing because I'm doing Ebola stuff will still have to be done eventually.

    If that makes sense.
