Pfc Robert Simmons, Weapons Platoon, Company K, 242nd Regimental Combat Team, 42d ("Rainbow") Infantry Division, mustered out at 0100 this morning. Let's hope Popeye was waiting for him.
What courage, and what eternal optimism. I hope spring gets here quick. There's usually a new crop of babies to see, having been born in the middle of winter. Sometimes seeing them in the bright sunshine takes away some of the sting of winter losses. I am sorry for your loss.
"And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you." So sorry for your loss.

So sorry.
It hasn't been the best week.
So, so sorry. May Mr. Simmons rest in eternal peace.

I'll be thinking about you today.
Popeye was waiting as was all the other Veterans and FunnyFace. Shay, I am so sorry for your losses. You are in my prayers.
Thoughts and prayers are with you.
Blessings, Sharon
