He's handing them out bottled "Trump Water." For those of us who follow the business news, "Trump Water" was one of his endeavors that went bankrupt (like Trump Vodka, Trump Jeans and Trump Air).
Trump Water was discontinued in 2010, so he's distributing THIRTEEN YEAR OLD WATER.

13 year old bottled water is 11 years past it's "drink by" date. The water doesn't go bad, but the plastic bottles starts to degrade.

The Red Cross gets rid of bottled water as soon as it hits the expiration date.
But at least not offering them bleach to drink to get well. Water in 13-year-old leaching plastic is a huge step up, when you think about it.
You can't make this stuff up.
Sigh.
Good grief, just what people dealing with toxic chemical pollution need, water in degrading plastic bottles. Thanks for the info. Must check the bottled water stash to see if we have some past date, too.
