Valentine Projects, New and Vintage

Please check out the Toymaker's Valentine's Day projects. As always, they are free and may be downloaded from her website.

And if you're looking for the ultimate romantic kitchen assessory, here's a link to a pattern for a heart-shaped potholder, scanned from a 1950 Smart Sewing magazine.

The vintage valentine project is very interesting. Do you have the pattern somewhere on the web?

Thank you for dropping by my blog. You have an interesting one too.

The valentine pot-holder is kinda unique. I don't think I would be using it if I have one.

Actually it's a very practical design; if you make the top in quilted material also it will protect the top of your hands as well.

I am a very clumsy cook; I burn my hands constantly.

Love the heart potholder and the clever way the hand is slipped into it.
