The scissors through the head is disturbing!

How adorable! Does anyone else remember when men used to fill the front yard with miniature windmills and jointed wooden cartoon characters that swayed in the wind? I've had a few large Xmas lawn decorations on my wish list forever and think that's where they're going to stay.
Of course, then there's the assumption that mum had nothing better to do with her spare time than to sew on buttons, mend rips and fix hems.
