You know, it could be worse, it could have added a hairball.
As a kid, my 1st cat, Jolly, left 2 lovely field mice on my pillow. I still have not recovered, decades later....
Aw, how sweet. The kitty left you breakfast.
The late, lamented Reserve Cat used to bring home live baby bunnies through the cat flap and drop them on the bed.
Mom had a cat who loved to bring in stunned birds who then flew in a panic trying to get out. And then there was her cat Miss Plath who brought in a bat she killed. Yep - off to the VET ER for all. No rabies was found.
