Only fifty-eight sewing days until Christmas (more or less). This would be a great way to use up that yard of border print you have hanging around in your stash. Left click on the image to enlarge and copy it, or go to my

This is great. There are some really fancy and highly priced aprons out in retail right now, gold lace and things like that. Women drool over them and I think how much could be saved by making one on your own.
Aprons are full of WIN. They'll be among my very first sewing projects. I even went & got some vintage-looking fabrics (1940s prints) for them.
Miss Kitty, try the clothespin apron here; after you finish it, you'll be a wizard at sewing on bias tape!

Ah, but this would not be so easy-do for me! :)
I did not inherit my mother's mad skillz with a sewing machine...
Oh, crap, bias tape. [headdesk]
And why is my word verification "ressess"? WTF?!?
I dunno, Kitty; maybe Blogger is taking spelling lessons from some of your Regent's essay students :-)
