The neckline flowers would fit right in today. It is lovely. I haven't tried embroidery in years, I was never very good at at. My Grandmother did wonderful embroidery and left me many tablecloths, runners and pillow cases.

Since this is one that I actually have the pattern, not just an ad for it, it's a shame I embroider so badly.
I was taught when I was eleven, at the same time I learned to knit. I don't know why I abandoned it.
