I'm humbled by the 1st and 2nd grade projects. I can't even imagine. Actually...the fight would have been on, and I would have suffered the consequences. My grandmother tried and tried to teach me to embroider and crochet. I know how to do most embroidery stitches, but I don't do them well. No desire to practice. I have always disliked stitching by hand. Garments just waiting for hems or buttons have hung around for months. Thank God for modern sewing machines.

Wow. "Humbled" doesn't even come close.
Oh my! If I had this book as a child, I'm sure I'd be a much better person today! What patience!
Wow!
