Something we all need to do! Guilty of not doing this, although I do keep candles, matches, water, and extra foods. Here, our Plan, Prepare, Protect has more to do with wildfire than tornadoes (not that we can't get them - we do once in a great while), but the message is the same.
Your boys did well! I have always had a prepared kit ever since my Mom took us camping on Cape Cod. did not listen to the weather report and we spent 3 days in the van during a hurricane. Some people might think me silly, but I don't. So thank you and the boys!
