Brian's last official day of teaching is today. I'm looking forward to it, because this past year has been an awful one for him, professionally speaking.
On the other hand, my birthday is tomorrow, and as someone pointed out to me, for a present I am getting my husband 24/7.

The Squire retired in 1999, and hasn't stopped since. Right from the git-go, he volunteered three days a week with our church's afterschool program for six or seven years. Since then, he's found other projects to keep him occupied. I really enjoy having him around.

Happy belated birthday. Sorry Brian's last year was horrid. Maybe he'll find a new calling...you can find one for him.
