Now how did you know I was designing costumes for this play? No bears in cast.
Can't you include someone who exits, pursued by a bear?
I know several actors I would LOVE to exit this way. I'll ask the director.
It would be interesting to see how many in the audience got the joke.

Does the bear come in A Winters Tale?
A bear can enter any play at any time. Are you going to tell the bear he can't take a bow?
