Now, that's pretty nifty. My great-granddaughter is four; this might be just the thing.
The illustration shows one bandanna sewn into a sort of apron rather than a skirt - this could easily be upgraded to two bandannas and a full skirt with either an elastic waistband or drawstring.
I went to AbeBooks.com and bought the book.
