Shudder. I can't imagine a world without books! When the world comes crashing down and the grid collapses, I'll still have my books.
Books open minds, expand the possible and lend comfort. If we had no books,each of us would be tasked with writing down our family's shared stories, old song lyrics, and tall tales until the world figured out what it was missing.
Live would cease to be worth while without books. I mean real books not the digital kind.
