That looks good! I have an old recipe (1920s) for "A Good Summer Dessert" over on my blog. Orange Jell-O and crushed pineapple.
I'll stick to vanilla ice cream and A&W Root Beer.
That pineapple dessert looks yummy.
It's one of The Squire's favorites. It might be a bit fiddly, but well worth it.
