I like the way they put that. A lot of people in the Baltimore area act as if they've never even *seen* snow before! Mind you, they'd almost be excused for that this winter; we had two snows so far, and neither even lasted the day. It's supposed to be in the low 50s today. This is mid February, folks!
In New England we get all kinds of weather. First snow fall brings out all the stupid drivers who thing 4 wheel drive = wheel stop.
