Lucky for me, this never happens at work! Now bribing my high school students to sew faster since opening night is fast approaching? Different story. "Little Women" opens March 26th so I need to stock up on chocolate.
Since the stage is small as is my budget, only Aunt March and Amy back from Europe have hoop skirts. The March women did not have the money for hoops. Or that is my reasoning for putting the teenagers in 2 petticoats under a wool skirt...

How did you handle the hoopskirts on stage problem with a cast that's mostly women?
