Happy Bastille Day! Love the knitting cartoon.
Do you mean the Martha Washington bedspread? I thought Mellosheen would be cotton, but it's sport weight wool, so wouldn't be as heavy as the crocheted cotton ones, and warmer, almost like a thermal blanket.
I think I would prefer 100% wool for any kind of blanket. Cotton bedspreads are MURDER to try and wash.
