Lol, oldest son decided to do his, most of it didn't surprise me. Though where in hell the Swedish on my side snuck in I'm not sure. Mine is English, German, Danish, Scots/Irish, his dad was Scots/Irish and some Welsh showed up. No surprise there, he was the most Welsh looking Scots I'd ever met. And he had a beautiful voice with perfect pitch. I can't carry a tune in a bushel basket.
Fer sure, Lady Anne! There's such a mix of the blood from that area that I have no trouble believing it's there, just no idea who or where. And Shay, I'll have to watch that right now, my son acted like he didn't believe me but I was pretty sure it was there because of his dad. Like I said, he just looked Welsh, not so much Scots.

Mamafrog, there is a lot of Scandinavian blood among the Scots. Those Vikings were a busy lot when they landed in Scotland.
re: Welsh ancestry. Mamafrog, did you ever see the clip of an interview with British actor Jack Whitehall over family tree results? It's hysterical.
