Patterns of the Past - Ladies' Skirts from 1915


From Needlecraft, December 1915, and showing the bell-shaped "war crinoline" shape that had superceded the hobble skirt. I think #7488 must be a petticoat; and what an unusual yoke on #7459.

I like the one with the buttons down the front.. I might have to make me one to wear with boots.. wouldn't that be cute?

Any of these would work for now. I really like all of them - even the one that looks like a petticoat.
