Mexican Cooking for American Homes



Gebhardt's Chili con Carne

"Place can of Gephardt's Chili con Carne, plain or with beans, in saucepan; cover with hot water. Boil gently, 20 minutes. Turn into hot bowls; serve at once."

Well, you can't get much simpler than that.

Haute cuisine! (hot cuisine, anyway, after boiling it for 20 minutes)

This is the kind of recipe my husband uses. Recipes need to involve a can of something or hot dogs :).
