People who own German Shepherds should know better than to buy microfiber bedspreads.

People who have pets of the hairy kind should know better than to buy microfiber anything. Same goes for black polyester or rayon.Stick to beige cotton and a lint brush.

Shay, it isn't just German shepherds. Try Boston terriers, Queensland blue healers, rottweilers, black and yellow labs, border collies... shall I go on? Oh, don't forget cat hair. LOL QBH digs through the bedding when he gets excited or upset. Not funny. He often gets banned from the bedroom.

Here is a hint to get quite a bit of pet hair off blankets, sweaters, etc. This takes some time, but isn't labor intensive. Wash or dampen the item. Put it in the dryer on fluff (cool air only) for 15 minutes or so. Clean lint trap. Take out item and give it a shake. Turn item or rearrange. Run item in the dryer again on fluff. Do it until very little hair is on the lint trap. Then dry as usual. You will be amazed how much hair comes off.

And it's burgundy.

A black and tan hairy burgundy right now, in fact.
