So sorry to hear this (no pun intended), The Maine Coons send purrs.

I'm so glad you have someone who knows what it is and has a treatment. Years ago, my mum had that and spent a couple of weeks clutching furniture to stand and crawling along the floor because she couldn't stand before she even had a diagnosis. My sympathies for the workouts.
Sending a big bunch of (psychic) roses.

Ouch. I hope you and The Spousal Unit are both surviving.

One of my fondest memories is sitting in my dad's lap when I had an ear infection. He would blow cigar smoke into my ears, and the warmth would soften the wax. I don't know if it was that, or just being surrounded by his arms, but I always felt better.

Maybe if you curl up next to you husband, you'll feel better, too.

The vertigo only kicks in when I'm lying down, so curling up next to *anybody* is not likely to produce favorable results.

I thought you "just" had an ear infection. Vertigo is another matter entirely. And you can't sleep standing up. Can you rest in a recliner?

Eldest daughter gets vertigo, and has a bunch of crazy exercises she does - rolling around on the bed, turning upside down, and all. It looks goofy, but it does clear up the problem. Good luck to you.
